Please note: Jeremy's requires his flight in Business 1st class, or Comfort plus to insure Jeremy gets to your destination safely with all of his belongings as well as, all of his gear to make you look fabulous.

Jeremy requires a hotel accommodation during his stay. The hotel room is to be in the same hotel that the client will be staying in. This to insure Jeremy doesn't have to carry all of his Gear to far from your location, especially in a different country outside of the U.S.

Transportation to and from the airport is to be reimbursed by the client.  As well as meals.
